 We accept returns for 30 days after purchase, but you MUST notify us and request a return authorization.  We are also happy to exchange items, and if something is broken, we'll send out a new one with a prepaid label to send back the old one.

On returns, we'll issue you an RMA that expires in 14 days.  Please include original packing slip OR your order number or we can't find your order to credit you!! Please return the item with delivery confirmation so you'll know when we've received it back.  Go to USPS.com clickNship for the fastest, easiest, cheapest way to send it back. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns of items that have used, worn or not in original packaging unless you notify us in a timely mannder that they are defective, in which case we will quickly send you a replacement.  Health and beauty products with the seal broken are NOT returnable unless we are notified immediately that they are defective.

Returns that were free ship may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

If you need an exchange, we're happy to do so for reimbursement of actual postage for the replacement.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and order with confidence from Stylephyle. We strive to take as many pics as we can and put as much info as we can on the catalog page, but if you have additional questions, we're happy to answer them.  Got a question as to whether something is appropriate for someone of a certain age, and you'll get a truthful answer, and an alternate suggestion if we feel something would be better.

PLEASE NOTE!  If you refuse/return the item without a return authorization, you may not receive credit!  We ship tons of packages and have no way of matching up yours with your account unless you do this.
