SHIPPING AND MAIL SPEED We usually ship same day for orders cleared by Amazon credit processing and received by us by noon EST. Otherwise it'll be the next business day. If there is going to be any delay, we'll notify you.
Standard ship is first class mail, 2-6 days. Expedited is Priority Mail, 2-4 days. We also offer 2 day FedEx and overnight, which is sent either USPS Express or FedEx, depending on which way is fastest. OVERNIGHT MAIL REQUIRES YOUR SIGNATURE so please arrange to have someone at your address, or consider having the package delivered to your workplace.
Just a suggestion - Stylephyle rents a UPS Store box. I can get mail and packages by 9:30 A.M., they're safe and dry, and never stolen! It isn't much money, and it's well worth it. Mailbox and theft of parcels left on porches is increasing in a bad economy, which is why we need signature confirmation on express.
TRACKING: You are notified when we have shipped, and given a tracking/delivery confirmation number. If at all possible, please have your item shipped to wherever you are when your mail comes - work or at home, or to a locked mailbox, or mailbox store, like the UPS Store. We are not responsible for thefts from your mailbox. You may check your item's progress online. First class mail is delivery confirmation only, and just shows in transit, or "electronic information received." Two day and overnight packages are fully trackable. PLEASE NOTE! OVERNIGHT PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!! If you're not going to be home, please consider having your package delivered where you work. Otherwise, you'll have to go to FedEx or the post office to retrieve your package.
PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED Everything we ship has a delivery confirmation barcode and electronic address sequencing, so lost and misdelivered packages are extremely rare. As soon as we notify you the package is shipped, you can check USPS online (or FedEx) for delivery status. First class packages probably won't show any information until they are delivered. If you haven't received your package within 14 days of your order (US) or within 4 weeks (foreign) please let us know via email or by calling 801 4534393 and leaving a voicemail message. PLEASE DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US VIA FEEDBACK!! Feedback is what you do AFTER your package is received and any issues have been communicated directly to Stylephyle via phone or email.
Please double check the ship address you've given Amazon BEFORE you complete your purchase. If something is sent to the wrong address, it can take weeks before it is returned to us. Amazon requires that we ship to whatever address you gave when you made the purchase. So if you gave an incorrect address and it never gets to you or back to us, we are NOT responsible!! ALSO PLEASE NOTE - Amazon requires us to ship to the address that you give to them at the time of purchase. We will not change that address. So if you discover you made a mistake, contact us and we'll void the sale so you can redo it.
If we determine your package truly is lost, we will promptly reship.
